I used to be so jealous of some of my friends when I was younger because they all knew how to play the piano or the guitar or whatever. My parents, instead of sending me to piano school during summer, sent me to take up karate instead. Oh well.

Meanwhile, I discovered this guy from the UK named Liam on YouTube and him performing Gymnopédie No. 1 (by Erik Satie) brought the waterworks. This is one of my favourite classics EVER.

I've been very wary of Lady Gaga these days because I feel like the fame is finally getting to her head and her ego is getting bigger and bigger but oh my god, have you seen her new 'Paparazzi' music video? It was just released last night in the US. She redeemed herself and she's back in my books. AMAZING!!!

OK fine. The soft core porn at the start of the video is totally unnecessary and yes, Swedish boys will totally break your heart but the fashion, oh my god the fashion! How many designer creations can you spot on the vid? I see that she wore the same print as Inna Pilipenko at Jeremy Scott Fall/Winter 2009.

When I was a young child, I used to throw massive fits every time my mother made us sleep after lunch. I hated afternoon naps; I would rather play outside. My mom made all these threats how she's gonna force me and my siblings to run the streets naked as an attempt to make us get some shuteye. I don't know whether people still do it these days but siesta was big back in the dark ages.
