French President Nicolas Sarkozy awarded Vogue Italia Editor-in-Chief Franca Sozzani the Legion d’Honneur in Paris yesterday. Franca Sozzani wore a dress from Dolce & Gabbana’s fall/winter 2012 collection.

When Anna dello Russo Met Orlando Bloom

After the Moschino Cheap and Chic event, Anna and I dropped by the Vogue Italia + Steven Meisel exhibition. I met Orlando Bloom, Karolina Kurkova, etc. When Orlando and Miranda were about to leave, this is what happened.

I've shed tears of joy when Vogue Italia invited me to spend a day with the legendary Franca Sozzani here in Milan. It's not every day you get to spend quality time with one of the world's most influential tastemakers.

I remember this stunning image of the thinspirational Olga Sherer from the November 2007 (Vogue Montres) issue of Vogue Paris.

Fast forward to the February 2010 issue of Vogue Italia comes an ad from L'Oreal.

Everything's photoshopped these days anyway so the question is, do you think it's Olga Sherer on that image, photoshopped to make her a wee bit plumper or no? What say you?
