Oh, the things we wear! Here’s one for the books. As you guys know, my friend Eleonora and I recently went to Frankfurt for the 2012 MTV Europe Awards and we were guests of Replay jeans. I thought it would be fun to be cheeky and wear Replay denim overalls to the red carpet. Farmer in the dell, why not? If I wore a suit (with sunglasses) like I usually do on the red carpet, I’m afraid that those Germans would think of me as Psy, gangnam-style and all that. Haha! ;-)

Guten tag! I, along with Isabelli Fontana, my gurl Eleonora Carisi and the lovely folks from Replay are here in Frankfurt for this year’s MTV Europe Music Awards. Thought I’d check in with you my dearest readers… see you at the show tonight!

Replay Jeans debuted their ‘Laserblast‘ collection during Salone del Mobile in Milan last week. Laserblasting is an eco-friendly and safe method of creating distressed denim; a great alternative to the old, not to mention dangerous, way of sandblasting jeans. I went to the launch at Replay’s flagship store at Corso Vittorio Emanuele.

Check out this trailer from denim brand Replay. They’re launching a new, eco-friendly technique to create the distressed effect on jeans called ‘Laserblast’. Barring the cheeky, hollywood film-like voiceover, I must say I’m impressed by the video production. They sure made the models work. ;-)
