I LOVE ISAAC! Isaac Mizrahi to me is very special. My obsession with fashion really ignited when I first saw Unzipped and I must have been 8 or 9 years old at that time!

Preen Spring/Summer 2008

Whoever did the casting for Preen should get a BIG bonus and they should give themselves a pat on the back. I’m gonna ignore the fact that I saw a TON of boobs… who the hell cares? Everyone is tanned to the nines it’s like all of the models came out of the same baking oven!!!!! A lot of my fave girls are there and then some: Natasha, Snejana, Tanya D., Julia Stegner and Vlada, Freja and Anja sporting new haircuts, Agyness and her platinum pixie goodness + more!

Bill Blass Spring/Summer 2008

OMG. I love, love, love Bill Blass! My favourite piece is the one with flowers all over. It’s soo gorgeous and the details are astounding. I have high quality photos and the clothes are soo beautiful! I also like this collection — the colours are amazing and 100% totally Park Avenue. *sigh* IMO, Bill Blass deserves more press…

I wonder how much that dress with the flowers would cost. I bet it’s at least $7,000, thanks to all that beautiful detail. You wanna know something? It really hurts my heart because I see a lot of these gorgeous shift dresses and I always fantasize how cool it would be if the designers offered "t-shirt/blouse" versions of all those frocks, you know, the same exact thing except with sleeves and cut down right above your pelvic bone. Can you imagine the t-shirt version of that Bill Blass dress with flowers? Or t-shirt versions of those Proenza Schouler dresses for fall 07? I’d be in heaven!

So far she did BCBG, Marchesa and another show I forgot and she’s bound to do more shows. We love her dearly and we can’t get enough of her! Believe it or not, there’s quite a number of us who keep track of her progress  and every time we see her somewhere, we can’t help but feel proud like a Mother Hen. We want Rachel to make it BIGGG! V Magazine/V49: BRAD TO THE BONE!

I confess — I’m *honestly* (cross my heart and hope to die) not one of those die-hard Brad Pitt fans. I don’t find him attractive at all, no, no, no, no.

I ***LOVE*** the first 2 dresses. Ok, I LOOOOVE the 2nd dress. I’ve seen three collections so far and there’s lots of gold. Gold, gold, gold!

Fashion is definitely a good reflection of our society, no? The demand and prices of luxury goods are at an all-time high and everyone (except me) is making so much wealth these days! Don’t believe it when they put the rising cost of fashion blame on taxes, currency exchange, cost of materials etc. They’re all lies! The REAL reason why high fashion is so expensive these days is because:

a) people are making so much money even my ex-maid Eunice got herself a Louis Vuitton for her birthday.
b)  the big conglomerates made designer labels way too accessible
c) they want to bring exclusivity back!

7 years ago, you can buy a fantastic wool + cashmere Louis Vuitton coat for $800. EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS. Have you seen the wool coat Proenza Schouler sent to open their show for fall 2007? $12,000. Yep. Twelve thousand donald duck dollars!

God it’s amazing what I’m able to pull out of my ass, no?

Nautica Spring/Summer 2008

Meh.

I swear to god, huge male models SCARE the hell out of me. You know what I mean — they are sooo "perfect" they look like they belong to a bar. go to any major city in the world and most bartenders at gay clubs are muscle marys it’s intimidating.

Research (well, my research anyway) shows that a lot of muscle marys have a very limited shelf life. Most of them either:

a) grow fat as in really fat after a decade or so. think world war 2 veterans from mississipi or alabama fat

OR

b) die from a sexually-transmitted disease.

Do you really think there’s a Chelsea bitch muscle mary out there who still pumps iron when they’re 60? Please.

Ignore me. I’m a bitter young wannarexic little queen! LOL.
