Kim Kardashian and Kanye West for US Vogue April 2014

Written By bryanboy

Advanced happy April Fools from American Vogue! I’m just gonna write this off as the “American Vogue needs to sell issues” cover. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, according to Vogue, is the “World’s Most Talked About Couple”.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian on the April 2014 cover of Vogue Magazine

Hashtag on a magazine cover. Can’t wait to see the next (as in May) issue. Let’s move forward.

  1. If this isn’t an April fools prank I suppose West lobbied very successfully to have Anna Wintour feature Kardashian on the cover. If it were true it would only be because of West’s talents seeing that Kardashian may be losing her influence where her TV franchises are losing their audience (from what I’ve read anyway).

It’s a slap in the face to every beautiful and talented woman who has earned a VOGUE cover, especially Michelle Obama who graced the cover in April of last year.

well one thing is certain more ppl follow her fashion then yours hunny “baboosh!”

  4. Paris Vogue!

Wintour needs to be fired. Carine had to leave for less than that!

I think we all just need a drink, unsuscribe and question Wintour’s sanity. I feel like I am turning into one of Eugenides characters. For some reason my Xanax isnt kicking in.

  6. This is so disturbing on many levels. I don’t even know what to think.

  7. Megamorter

“You may have read that Kanye begged me to put his fiancée on Vogue’s cover. He did nothing of the sort. The gossip might make better reading, but the simple fact of the matter is that it isn’t true. “

its sad how elitist and snobby fashion has become. and its sad to see it on a blog from a blogger. a while ago i heard talks of fashion bloggers not being worthy. idk i just think fashions element of design and create is being lost under swathes of elitism and front row culture and who sits where and ‘oh no darling you cant sit with us’. its really really disgusting and pretentious and a bit cringey. i feel like people are trying to validate their places in fashion and show how ‘fashionable’ and ‘worthy’ they are are by opposing this cover. it goes further than kim k on the cover of vogue but this highlights the issue. there’s a class system in fashion that needs to be dismantled.
