What I dislike about fashion month (aka New York, London, MIlan, Paris) is that feeling of come down once a season’s worth of shows are over. It feels like I’m on a fashion high for a month with all the shows, the running around, the meetings and appointments… and now that it’s all over, it’s like there’s this big, empty void inside, I’m almost at a loss on what to do next. Back to reality I suppose until next season?

Speaking of reality, as you know, my bf has a 9-5 job so I’m always by myself in the mornings and afternoons. I’ve been in his apartment since Saturday night and I thought I’d haul my ass out for the first time this week. And what did I do? Well, this lonely housewife went shopping! I didn’t have much time because I left late in the afternoon. I bought some new patent leather desert boots from Acne (thank you for the friends and family discount, I love friends and family discounts), two sweaters, yellow and gray, from COS, and another black top from COS. I also stopped by the Whyred store. They have this varsity jacket in a really gorgeous green colour. I’m gonna try to hit more shops over the next few days. A visit to Herr Judit is long overdue.

Oh, I met up with my friend Gustav after shopping. I wanted to print some documents because my bf doesn’t have a printer at home (I know, crazy right?) so he took me to the library aka Stockholms Stadsbibliotek. After that we went to Gamla Stan, had a few drinks and before you know it, it’s time to see my bf once again at this restaurant.

Oh, just so you know, I made myself a healthy brunch yesterday — sauteed mushrooms with a wee bit of teriyaki sauce, soft-boiled egg with caviar and baby spinach leaves with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lots of parmesan cheese.

    I know this feeling too, since fashion week is over I feel myself so empty and so vain by the way ( maybe thinking that I wasted my time watching news items… ) but it usefull too cause it allows us to do other things ( schopping, reading, printing as you did ) and be ready like never before for the next season… Hope to se you there
