Sustainable Consumption

Written By bryanboy

Watch me and Rumi talk about vintage clothing and sustainable consumption. We also visited the lovely What Comes Around Goes Around store in New York City. I think it was two years ago when I first started visiting vintage shops. I didn’t get the appeal back then but now, more than ever, I’m interested in finding things that no one else really has and vintage or second-hand stores never fail to surprise me. Also, it’s good for the environment. Reduce, reuse, recycle!

  1. Didn’t you just recently admit to buying new socks instead of washing them? And now you are telling us to reduce, reuse, and recycle? Bryan, you are fab but don’t be a hypocrite.

  2. Very cool video! I like seeing you two together, your one of my favourite fashion pairings!

  3. this is what a call an interesting vintage store, i don’t like the ones that look like big department stores. you can hang out there for hours looking for the perfect treasures. fabulous what you guys are saying about vintage. it is so true that it makes you unique and that it emphasizes your fashion identity. i love big brands, but it can be like ‘okay, seen that, done that’. so this is a very valuable tip!!!
Oh and i am not such a big new exotic fabrics, so this is a fabulous idea to wear vintage fur…
