A friend of mine (part) produced a movie on Karl Lagerfeld (by Rodolphe Marconi) and I was rather impressed when I saw it – by the film, by Lagerfeld too. Of course, I like the work of Lagerfeld as a stylist. I am less keen on his work as a photographer (it’s very stiff) but I look forward to seeing his cinematographic debut, for better or for worse. Thanks for alerting me to this!
