Karlie Kloss for US Vogue May 2010 – Seasons of Our Discontent

Don't you just LOVE this shot of Karlie Kloss in a Dolce & Gabbana maillot? I thought it was a dead accurate portrayal of the current retail scene. Yes, it's definitely disturbing that we're buying wool coats in the middle of summer or shorts, bathing suits and anything chiffon in January.

How do you stay atop the trends per season?

  2. Great picture – it looks as if she is posing in front of a backdrop (else, she would be freezing) but it works very well!

Someone pointed out to me that there is one of your look alikes in Suede’s New Generation video. It dates from before you were born, so it’s funny to see!

  3. What a great idea for a story.I think fashion industry has to change- i don’t need new bathing suit in February or new winter coat in July!

  4. Karlie Kloss is from St. Louis, USA, born on the 2nd or 3rd of August 1992. She was 4th place on the First Face Countdown on Fashion TV last week or so ago. I love Fashion TV. <3
Yeah, it makes you chill looking at swimwear in the snow.
They do this in advance don't they? But no need to exagerate!
