Prada Menswear Fall/Winter 2010-2011 Fashion Show Video

Behold the first-ever Prada (menswear fall 2010) fashion show live-streamed online. Here’s the recorded version.

Spectacular. Beautiful, beautiful clothes!

In other news, be sure to subscribe — or visit — Prada’s YouTube channel. They’ve been uploading quite a number of videos in the past few hours. Amazing.

From the looks of it, Mama Miuccia & Co. are going full throttle on social media and on the internet. I guess we’ll see how they’ll fare against other designers in the next weeks or months to come.

Enjoy the show!

  1. remember the days when Prada’s website only had an ad campaign photo for their home page and NOTHING else besides that? I thought it was quirky and cool (because I adore minimalism, too). But it also gave away a snobby/untouchable effect for people who only have access to see Prada products by means of online–like Prada is saying “Won’t see anything here, go to our boutiques!”
Now, Prada is definitely keeping up with the internet technologie which is a very good thing for people to view the entire collections and as well as Prada showing their internet finesse by adding different kinds of media like short films, art appreciation, amazing fantasy lookbooks, etc. And now live streaming of runway shows!
I swear Prada is my most preferred high fashion house. The most avant-garde. The most creative. So many thanks to Miuccia Prada and her team for making it all happen.
