Here's one for the memories. I have never been starstrucked before but guess who I met last night? I apologize for the photo but....

As an outsider, y'all know I'm PETRIFIED of fashiony types but OMG, I LOVE Hamish Bowles. I really do. I'm a big fan of his work at Vogue for years. I almost cried when I met him last night... it was so surreal! As an ickle ol' tribal gurl from the third world, I thought it was so special meeting him in person. There I was thinking Mr. Bowles is gonna claw me till I cry and eat me alive but I'm thrilled to report that he's incredibly charming and quite the gentleman. I love him!

Hamish aside, I thought Tim Blanks is incredibly sweet, my babes Prabal Gurung and Sam Spector are truly, truly lovely and Kate Lanphear (who I adore so much) ROCKS.
