Well, what about Argentina? (Sorry, couldn't help it! I'll always root for my country, heh). It's the 3rd World, I know, which makes it a poor place fashion-wise (well, not soooooo much), but it'd be ridiculously cheap for you (1 $USD = 4 $AR). Some have said Brazil, which, in my opinion, is the perfect place to cheer you up.. Brazilians are crazy fun! I'd go to Brazil and maybe, if you want, spend a few days here.. I don't know, it could prove to be a very interesting experience, and you don't fly to the other side of the world every day, so it's better to take advantage of the opportunity, isn't it?
