I don't know how many of you will admit to having sweaty feet but unfortunately, i'm one of those people. I suppose I'm lucky that my feet aren't smelly in spite of being sweaty but yes... it's such a bitch wearing shoes (loafers/driving shoes/etc) without socks. I got the women's version because my feet are a kinda narrow. The men's version were rather wide and I don't want to bother cutting the pads to fit my shoes.
Using them pads is very easy. Just peel off the back cover and attach the pad to your shoe!
The pads are very, very soft and they feel like suede. They keep your feet dry by absorbing moisture and sweat.

Thanks for the lovely tip! One question though, can you transfer the insoles to your other shoes or do you have to buy 1 pair for every pair of shoes?
