MIUCCIA PRADA IS WAVING THE SISSYFICATION FLAG!!!!! God damn I love Prada. Have you seen her latest collection? You know there's something up in the air when one of the world's most innovative, fashion-forward tastemakers go on a kooky runway spree. Amazing! Swan lake, is dat chu? Bolshoi theatre, anyone?

From the metallic and jacquard trousers and the mini tutus to the white shirt cuffs, the skin-coloured sweaters and the cut-out collars etc. I love sooo many things from this collection. I really do.

I love the mini tutus!!!!! This is progress, my dear minions! I could see myself in one of them sweaters, that mini skirt with nothing else but a plain black thong, some st. tropez fake tan on my legs and a pair of flip flops. Hah!

To be honest with you, I'm not sure about the message she is trying to send with this collection. I saw all the looks and there's NOT a single coat, NOT a single scarf, NOT a single winter hat in sight -- a complete turnaround from her brilliant Fall 2007 collection with the caveman coats. Is this a new way of winter dressing? Is this her response to the global warming chu chu bells crap? I dunno... but I friggin love it!

I can't wait to hear the reaction of the usual suspects how a man should dress up like a "man" and such.

ANYWAY...

The white shirt cuffs underneath the sweater is also lovely. Such a chic combination, no? I know it's crazy but I keep on noticing all these little details which I love!

The skin-coloured sweater gives the illusion you are naked from afar.

Cute sunglasses and that collar... the striped shirt is soo me!! Y'all know I *love* stripes.

Look at this blue shirt with the buttons and buckles on the back. gorgeous!

I'm not too keen on the halter-bibs to be honest.

All in all, I love this collection from Prada. I think she's a genius. It would be interesting to see how this translates on the retail level. That tutu is mine!!!
