No, you’re not hallucinating. This, my friends, is one of the looks coming from the Christian Dior spring/summer 2008 collection.

I have a longer piece coming up with pictures etc. and how I feel and how I’m dismayed with the new direction Sidney Toledano is going (thanks WSJ), how he’s putting a gag order on John, how the House of Dior is abandoning the young, etc.
it’s a look i can find in banana republic, forever 21, jcrew, etc – all those cheap stores. it definitely screams LOCAL MALL, MASS PRODUCTION and LOOK FOR LESS! eeew.

i wish it was the whole point for the collection (god how i loooooooove maryna linchuk). but JG went fedora-chic so the point was to make a collection of every single piece actually to suit Sharon Stone. i just wish he would’ve think of transparency and nipples rather than red carpets and oscar va-va-voom
