-"I swear I'm not a comment slut, I just had to clear that up. Spanish and "castellano" are exactly the same thing, only changes the point of view. Spanish is the official, international recognized name. Castellano is from a historical point of view, cause spanish language comes from the "Kingdom of Castilla". So there is no actual way of saying "spanish from Mexico" other than that. What it's official is the "American Spanish", that points the difference between the one from Spain and the others, and it's used to dub the movies for the American market in general. "
