Hipster Sunnies by Keep Company

Am I pathetic for ordering something online when shipping/handling costs more than the product itself? These cute hipster sunglasses by Keep Company are US$5 EACH: 5 colors x 5 = US$25! Shipping to the third world is $30 so all in all, I’m getting 5 sunglasses for fifty five smackeroos. Not bad eh? We all love cheap thrills!

Keep Company sunglasses, $5 each, http://www.keepcompany.com.

PS. Thanks, PDFTM!

hmm they’re pretty cool and you can match them with a lot of things, because you ordered many different colors….but it’s a bit ridiculous how expensive the shipping is!!!
i went to a superduper sunglasses shop in the city today :D and ordered the ray ban “wayfarer” just look at mischa, nicole & co they all wear it!! it’s so timeless retro vintage chic ;)
i also tried on a pair of the new dior sports! it is so fucking hugeeeeee like a helmet ! not even posh would wear’em against paparazzi!! :))) but they’re really interesting, because they have those funky things for the ears…see for yourself… http://www.sunglasses-shop.co.uk/uk-sunglasses/Dior-Sunglasses/Christian-Dior-Dior-Sport-1/2230.htm

  2. Is that company supplied by Disney Land/Chuck-e-Cheeses?

  3. I seem to remember Mc Donald’s giving away shades that look like those back in the 90’s…

  4. I agree with the earlier comment. The first thought that came to mind when I saw them were: namimigay na ba ulit ang MCDO?! =) HEHE.

Oh god! Everybody’s already wearing shades like that at my school.
I get second-hand shades that belonged to old people who died
FOR FREE at the salvation army……its really ace. sorry you paid that much.

I’m not sure what the hold-up is… maybe they have re-thought their stance on how this is going to actually make the company any money. Or perhaps their lawyers pointed out the liability of providing agents a platform to stick their feet in their mouth. Whatever it is, it’s hardly something I’d claim as being “Well done”.
